Is there a minimum rental Period ?
2 weeks is the minimum period you can take storage for.
Can I store a car in one of your self storage units?
Yes we have many customers who store vehicles ranging from classic cars to land rovers.
How do I cancel my storage?
We make that simple just click "cancel my storage" from the drop down menu above.
Does the Newport site have CCTV?
Yes our container self storage site has state of the art CCTV
Do I need a padlock for my container ?
No all you need is your pin code you will get this after signing up. Will be sent via text message.
Are the containers water tight?
Yes all our containers are brand new and have been designed to be used as self storage with 14 vents and insulated roofs.
Can you store documents in a self storage container?
Yes many customers use us for archive storage. They make ideal storage for businesses who need to store paper records e.g. Soliciter's, police force, university's, etc.
How do I get in through the front gate?
After signing up you will get your pin code you will need to put this into the lock.
Do you offer self storage insurance?
We work with a company called insurestore who can provide insurance at competitive rates due to all our sites being vetted for security.
Are you part of the self storage association ?
Yes we are fully asserted members of the self storage association and comply with all rules with our storage procedures being vetted yearly.
What can't I store?
Livestock, counterfeit goods, Highly flammable liquids, toxic materials. If it is illegal you can't store it. Contact us if you have any concerns with what it is you want to store.
What is the size of a self storage unit?
All our containers are 20ft x 8ft ( 160sq ft )
What happens if my payment fails ?
If your payment fails this incurs a £15 admin fee. If your payment fails you will automatically be sent a text message. You will need to update or pay your outstanding balance within 7days or the container will get locked. It's important to keep your contact details up to date with us.
How do the payments work?
For household customers you will get billed when signing up and then our system will automatically bill you each week there after until you cancel.
Business customers who choose to pay in advance, will be bill either yearly, quarterly or weekly depending on what option you choose.
Can you pay via cash?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cash due to our security measures.
Do you do vehicle registration checks?
You will need to provide us with your vehicle registration after signing up you will do this by replying to the text message that you will receive after the sign up.
Does your site use cookies?
Yes we are a digital business with extremely high levels of automation. we have built in house technologies to give our customers the very best user experience possible and have a team of development specialists working full time on the digital side of our business.
Do you offer special self storage rates for charity's?
Yes we work with a number of charity organisations and offer special storage rates to all. Please contact our office for more information
Do you offer the armed forces discount?
Yes if you work for any of the armed forces you are entitled to 10% discount. To get this please contact the office ID will be required.

We work with local removal company's who can provide you with a quote within 24 hours. Contact us with a brief and one of our removal guys will get a quote over to you.
Does your storage containers have electricity and water?
No our units are strictly for storage purposes only and cannot be used as workshops or anything else.

Do you have an office where you can sign up?
All our sites are unmanned with a central control base where our security operates from along with our phone support agents. You can sign up either by phone or online.
